Emanuele Cappelli‘s activity as lecturer continues with Tracks Of Freedom 2024, the study tour in New York with RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts students in the Visual and Innovation Design course. Students embarked on a transformative journey to the Big Apple for a unique professional experience, seeking inspiration for new design and artistic approaches.

Over 9 days, they immersed themselves in research, project work, and visited some of the world’s most prestigious creative studios, meeting outstanding visual designers along the way.

Many thanks to all the branding, strategy, and design studios that welcomed our students, sharing insights into their creative processes, from inception to execution: Pentagram, Giorgia Lupi, School of Visual Arts, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Alexander Tochilovsky, Order, Salotto, Giulia Zoavo, Vittorio Perotti, Lorenzo Fanton, Emiliano Ponzi, The Working Assembly, Gretel, Matteo Bologna, Daniele Politini, Steven Heller.

Students’ ultimate goal was to interpret the theme of freedom using the full spectrum of contemporary communication: brand identity, advertising, motion graphics, interaction and multimedia design, photography and video.

An unforgettable adventure, led by designers and RUFA lecturers Mario Rullo and Emanuele Cappelli.
